Pliance is a Swedish RegTech company with a mission to help customers combat financial crime, and we do this by offering products to help automate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, and in our future lie products to help combat financial crime globally.

We were founded in 2018 by three founders with backgrounds in product, development, and sales from the tech, banking, and AML industries.

We have a growing customer base and have recently closed our seed funding round. Now, we’re expanding our team. The ambition is to start by making our mark in the Swedish market, then continue our growth in the Nordics and beyond.

We are looking for a talented full stack developer to join our small but dedicated team to help us become the top partner in anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention.

The job

Some of what you’ll be doing:

• Helping build an innovative Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platform.
• Managing and taking responsibility for development tasks from start to finish.
• Being proactive and finding areas of improvement and solve problems.
• Support customers in developing great integrations.

We work using modern technologies, and we really like working together, both within the team (pair programming for example) and cross-functionally with the rest of the company to tackle complex tasks or designs. We are also proponents of automating our work, and we write automated tests for our code, sometimes before we write the code and other times we do it afterwards.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for curious, solution-focused individuals who can look at the bigger picture and know the work necessary to get there.

You have at least 2 years of experience in C# development on the .Net platform. Experience in Kubernetes, Typescript and frontend development. Frameworks such as React.JS are bonuses, as well as familiarity with Git that are good-to-have. You are fluent in Swedish and English.

If you also have experience with GCP, machine learning, and have an understanding of CQRS, Event Sourcing, and DDD, then you’re really ticking all the boxes and should apply right away!
